Changi Airport Terminal 4

Changi Airport Terminal 4

Located along the Airport Boulevard, two kilometers away from the Changi Airport’s three main terminals, the new Terminal 4 will be a two-storey, 25m high building with a gross floor area of 195,000m2 and about seven times the size of the former Budget Terminal.

Our work involved the excavation for the construction of the Main Terminal Building and supporting land side infrastructures such as the Taxi Holding Area, Multi-Storey Car Park, Mechanical & Electrical Block and Underpass. Our involvement at air side includes substructure excavation for the construction of Gangway and a dedicated 68m high Ramp Control Tower.
