Gardens By The Bay Station & Tunnels, Thomson Line
The Thomson Line is a new rail line that will connect the northern part of Singapore to the Central Business District (CBD) and Marina Bay area. Spanning over a distance of 30km, the fully underground line comprises of 22 stations.
Gardens By The Bay Station is an upcoming underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson Line in Singapore. It is located around Gardens by the Bay and Marina Barrage and will be built beneath a future 2 lane dual carriageway road that will connect Marina Boulevard and Marina Gardens Drive. Our work involves excavation and disposal to the concourse and platform basement levels via bottom up construction method. To facilitate TBMs works across the Marina Channel between Marina East and Marina South, excavation of launching and retrieval shafts will also be carried out before the disposal of TBMs bored out materials.
